Dr. Heather Linder, MD, is originally from Pennsylvania and earned her bachelor’s degree summa cum laude from Franklin and Marshall College (Biology, minor in Environmental Studies). She attended Penn State College of Medicine, where she was inducted into Alpha Omega Alpha and received the Glascow‑Rubin Student Academic Achievement Award and the Nurick Medical Achievement Award. In 2009 she completed a Family Medicine residency at Swedish Cherry Hill in Seattle, Washington, focusing on global health and integrative medicine, and is board‑certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
Dr. Linder transitioned to the Direct Primary Care model to spend more time with patients and practice functional, whole‑person medicine. She emphasizes personalized care that addresses nutrition, exercise, mind‑body health, and the root causes of illness. Her practice offers full‑scope family medicine—from pediatrics to women’s health and geriatrics—while integrating functional and integrative approaches. Outside of work she volunteers in underserved settings, enjoys outdoor activities with her family, and remains active in global health initiatives.
