Dr. Erica Moyer is a board‑certified family practice physician who has been serving the Yakima, Washington area since completing her residency in 2012. She earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine in Glendale, Arizona, and completed a family practice residency at Phoenix Baptist Hospital in Arizona.
Frustrated with the fee‑for‑service model, Dr. Moyer embraced Direct Primary Care and founded Home Family Medicine to provide personalized, relationship‑focused primary care. She emphasizes disease prevention, patient empowerment, and comprehensive care for the whole family, and enjoys performing office procedures. Outside the clinic she is active in her local church, volunteers in the community, and is a devoted Portland Trail Blazers fan who cares for her rescue dog Ryder.
