About
Dr. Eric Miller, founder and medical director of Legacy Medical Services, brings over 25 years of experience and passion for family medicine. He is a Wisconsin native who grew up, completed his education, and built his practice in southeast Wisconsin. Dr. Miller has been a consistent medical and community leader in Dodge County since settling there in 1996, raising his six children locally and maintaining deep family roots. He has extensive leadership experience as an Associate Clinical Professor at the University of Wisconsin, Hospital Chief of Staff, and chair of several non‑profit boards. In recent years he has led a national DPC provider, and since 2020 has leveraged his expertise to bring the Direct Primary Care model to his community, expanding Legacy to three clinics with a dedicated care team focused on relationship‑centered patient care.
