About
Dr. Elizabeth Meichsner is a board-certified rural family medicine physician with a passion for high-quality, patient-centered care. As a lifelong resident of Morris, Minnesota, she is deeply committed to serving the community that shaped her. Dr. Meichsner's journey into medicine began with degrees in Biology and Nutrition Science from the College of Saint Benedict in St. Joseph, MN. She then attended medical school at the University of Minnesota in Duluth and Minneapolis, completing her training from 2007 to 2011. She pursued her family medicine residency at the University of Minnesota - Park Nicollet Methodist Hospital, gaining expertise in comprehensive, full-spectrum family care. Dr. Meichsner understands the unique healthcare challenges rural families face and believes care should be accessible, transparent, and personal—not complicated or rushed. This dedication led Dr. Meichsner to establish Willow Creek Health, a Direct Primary Care (DPC) practice designed to make healthcare affordable, personal, and accessible.
