About
Dr. Hélène Nau, DNP, AAPRN, FNP-C, is a board‑certified family practitioner with extensive emergency training and experience. She favors a holistic approach to care and believes in providing personalized, affordable, high‑quality primary care through the Direct Primary Care model. Her mission is to help patients live their best lives and keep them healthy, offering services ranging from preventive care to chronic disease management, medical weight loss, and bio‑identical hormone therapy.
Dr. Nau moved to the United States in 2010 from Haiti, where she built and ran the only emergency room on the island and was the sole trained emergency medical provider until the devastating earthquake of January 12, 2010. She brings that emergency medicine background and a commitment to community service to her DPC practice, Health360 DPC, where she emphasizes direct patient communication, same‑day access, and a focus on whole‑person health.
