Dr Brianna Wilson

Dr. Brianna Wilson has always wanted to have her own rural practice and be an active member of a rural community. She was frustrated by the traditional 10‑15 minute rushed appointment slots and sought a model that allows more time with patients. Thrive Direct Health Care is an innovative, affordable Direct Primary Care practice that emphasizes personal relationships, longer visits, and patient‑centered care. Dr. Wilson believes in a shared decision‑making model, integrating both natural and conventional medicine approaches, and has obtained additional training in functional medicine to better serve her patients.

Born and raised in Washington, Dr. Wilson moved to La Conner in 2015 with her family. She is married with two young daughters and is deeply involved in the community, serving as the Chair of the Town of La Conner Emergency Management Commission. Her philosophy centers on empowering patients with tools and information to take charge of their own health.
