Dr. David Bigley, DO, embarked on his journey in healthcare with a strong foundation in neuroscience and biochemistry, earning his undergraduate degree from the University of Scranton. Inspired by a holistic approach to medicine, he pursued his medical education at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM) in Philadelphia, where he embraced the principle of cura personalis – caring for the whole person. Dr. Bigley is a dual board‑certified physician in Family Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment, and he leads Forward Family Medicine with a Direct Primary Care model that emphasizes personal relationships, 24/7 access, and proactive, whole‑person care.
