Claudia Vargas serves many essential roles at Rocky Mountain Family Practice. She is Dr. Lisa’s right hand. Her passion for patient care and removing barriers for non‑English proficient patients is her guiding force. Claudia graduated as a Medical Assistant in September 2009 from Intellic College in Grand Junction, CO. She has worked in health‑care since 2011, moved to Leadville in 2015, and has been part of the practice team since its Direct Primary Care model was adopted. Claudia values the DPC philosophy of un‑rushed, relationship‑focused care, helping patients understand their treatment plans and connecting them to community resources as needed.
