Christa Springston

Dr. Christa Springston is a board‑certified Internal Medicine physician and the founder of HealthSprings Direct. In 2020 she established the practice to deliver Direct Primary Care that removes insurance barriers, offers wholesale medication pricing, and provides personalized, whole‑body health guidance. She emphasizes preventive care, behavioral and dietary counseling, and a patient‑centered relationship that prioritizes accessibility, affordability, and continuity.

Dr. Springston earned her MD from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio in 2006 after graduating Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Biology from Texas Christian University. She completed residency training in Internal Medicine at Christiana Care Health System in Newark, DE, and at SSM St. Mary’s Health System in St. Louis, MO. Beyond her clinical work, she serves as medical director for Peachtree City Fire and Rescue and sits on the board of the Healing Bridge Clinic, reflecting her commitment to community health and service.
