Cathleen E Mok

Dr. Cathleen Mok is a Board Certified Osteopathic family physician, who grew up in Leominster, MA. After graduating with a bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Boston University, she attended Midwestern University Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. While in medical school, she completed an undergraduate fellowship in Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine. After graduation from medical school, she completed a rotating internship at Illinois Masonic Medical Center, followed by a Family Medicine residency at LaGrange Hospital. Upon completion of residency, she began her career in a traditional Family Medicine practice. As her practice grew, she transitioned into Occupational Medicine to support her family, gaining procedural skills and incorporating medical acupuncture. In 2019 she embraced Direct Primary Care, founding Envision Health to provide affordable, patient‑centered primary care with no copays, direct communication, and holistic services such as acupuncture and osteopathic manipulative treatment.
