Carolyn Le, D.N.P., C.R.N.P. is an Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner at the Johns Hopkins Community Physicians (JHCP) Direct Primary Care, a value‑based, patient‑centered clinic serving Johns Hopkins Medicine employees and their families. Her clinic has been recognized for excellence in both patient satisfaction and quality performance, consistently achieving some of the highest scores across Johns Hopkins Medicine. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Maryland, Baltimore in 2011 and graduated summa cum laude with a Doctor of Science in Nursing from Rush University in 2016. Her doctoral project, “Improving Stroke Symptom Knowledge and Intent to Call 911 in Older Adults,” was presented at the 2016 Gerontological Advanced Practice Nurses Association National Conference. Le is a devoted educator with a joint faculty appointment at the Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing, where she coordinates and instructs clinical practicum courses in the Doctor of Nursing Practice program and mentors numerous nursing and nurse‑practitioner students. Outside of her clinical and academic roles, she enjoys singing, playing piano, spending time with family and friends, completing puzzles, and traveling.
