About

Dr. Brewer Eberly is a third‑generation family physician at Fischer Clinic in Raleigh, North Carolina. He completed his family medicine residency and chief residency at AnMed Health in Anderson, South Carolina, and serves as a research affiliate with the Theology, Medicine, & Culture Initiative at Duke Divinity School. His clinical work is grounded in the Direct Primary Care model, emphasizing long‑term relationships, personalized care, and a focus on patient‑centered outcomes over volume‑driven practice.

Beyond patient care, Dr. Eberly’s scholarship explores the intersections of medicine, aesthetics, bioethics, and Christian theology. He is a fellow of both the Theology, Medicine, & Culture Fellowship at Duke Divinity School and the Paul Ramsey Institute, and his research addresses medical trainee formation, clinician well‑being, and the role of beauty in ethical practice. He brings this integrative perspective to his DPC practice, aiming to nurture both the health and the humanity of his patients.
