Benjamin Bondow

Dr. Benjamin Bondow, MD, CAQSM, is a family medicine physician at Firefly Direct Primary Care in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. He earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin after completing undergraduate studies at Wisconsin Lutheran College. Dr. Bondow completed his residency in Family Medicine at the UPMC St. Margaret Family Medicine residency program in Pittsburgh, PA, and then pursued a fellowship in Primary Care Sports Medicine at the University of Kentucky in Lexington, KY. He is board certified in both Family Medicine and Primary Care Sports Medicine and brings a strong athletic background, having played Division III football, to his clinical practice.
