Belinda Castor

Dr. Belinda Castor is the owner and sole physician of Integra Direct Primary Care, a private internal medicine practice in Manchester, NH. She earned her BS with honors from Albany College of Pharmacy and her MD from SUNY Upstate Medical University at Syracuse in 1988. With over 35 years of clinical experience, Dr. Castor has practiced internal medicine in both traditional fee‑for‑service settings and, since December 2020, in a Direct Primary Care model.

At Integra DPC, Dr. Castor emphasizes relational, patient‑centered care: smaller panels, same‑day or next‑day appointments, direct communication via phone, text, or video, and transparent, affordable pricing. She believes that removing insurance middlemen allows her to spend more time listening, performing thorough examinations, and focusing on preventive health, lifestyle medicine, and individualized treatment plans.
