About

A native of Oklahoma, Dr. Audra Cook is a board‑certified family medicine physician with over 20 years of experience serving patients of all ages and backgrounds. She earned both her undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of Oklahoma and completed her residency in family medicine at the OU Department of Family Medicine in 2005. After practicing in Duncan and Moore, OK, she moved to Ada in 2014, where she cared for patients at Mercy Clinic before opening Magnolia Direct Family Care.

She embraces the Direct Primary Care model to spend more time with each patient, providing personalized, whole‑person care and collaborating with patients on health decisions.
