Dr. Ashley Tyrrel is a board‑certified concierge pediatrician who serves families throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. Dr. Ashley grew up in Redwood City, earned a B.S. in Cell and Molecular Biology (minor in Cultural Anthropology) from UC Davis, then attended Drexel University College of Medicine, graduating in 2012. She completed her pediatric residency at UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital in Oakland. Her experience as a counselor for children with severe emotional and behavioral challenges, and as a NICU parent, informs her holistic, evidence‑based approach that considers the child’s environment, nutrition, relationships and lifestyle.
Outside the clinic she is active in the Contra Costa Health residency program as the pediatric rotation supervisor and enjoys hiking, sports and family time.
