Dr. Anastasia "Staci" Benson is a board‑certified family physician and the founder/owner of Paradigm Family Health in Dallas, Texas. She graduated from Southwestern University with a BA in Psychology, earned an MA in Health Psychology from Texas State University, and earned her DO degree at Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Benson completed a Family Medicine residency at Methodist Health System Dallas (2011‑2014). In 2016 she opened Paradigm Family Health, a Direct Primary Care practice focused on personalized, accessible care with extended visits, same‑day appointments, and 24‑hour physician access.
