About
The COO of Advanced Primary Care, Alona graduated Magna Cum Laude with her bachelor’s degree in Healthcare and Business Administration. She is licensed as a limited radiographer. She assisted her parents with their successful electrical mining business. Alona has coordinated the startup and operation of two physician offices, a primary care clinic and a continuing care retirement community. She is now the co‑founder and COO of the first direct primary care practice in the area, now serving patients in two locations. She is Vice President of Revitalize Russell and Executive Administrative Coordinator and Treasurer of Appalachian Commerce and Development, both nonprofit organizations. She has over thirty years of experience in the healthcare field. Alona enjoys boating, fishing, the ocean, listening to a variety of music and visiting the Smoky Mountains. She gives God all the honor and glory for her success and thanks her parents for blessing her with the gift of compassion, ambition and the will to fulfill her dreams.
