About

Dr. Alon Sitzer was born in Houston, TX and raised in 'the holy land' of Israel. He began his Journey into the Health Sciences in an effort to find 'Truth'. He actually found 'Truth' in the land of Enchantment, New Mexico (he would love to share the details of this story with you). In the early part of his career, he studied Nutritional Sciences and many forms of Bodywork such as Massage Therapy, Thai Yoga Massage and Reiki. He worked and taught Massage Therapy for several years and gave lectures in Nutrition. He decided to integrate the Medical Sciences and went to Medical School at Sackler School of Medicine in Tel-Aviv Israel/The American Program. He completed his Family Medicine Residency at 'Asyllum Hill Family Medicine Center' in Hartford, Connecticut. He is Board Certified in Family Medicine. After his completion of family medicine residency, he lived in a rural area of SouthEast New Mexico for several years practicing Family Medicine as well as Wound Care Medicine. He currently lives in Massachusetts with his wife and two children. He is incredibly grateful to have the opportunity to share Empowerment LLC with the world. Dr Alon Sitzer I am sharing with you a ‘letter’ I wrote early on in my journey. I wrote this when I was creating my vision for Empowerment LLC. Empowerment is about supporting you on your journey to health and life itself. Sometimes, as part of this journey, the goal is the journey itself. Patience, kindness, compassion, ease, joy and unconditional love are crucial to this process/journey. I am here to support you and help.
