Dr. Alexandra Florence is a board‑certified pediatrician, wife, and mother of two who chose pediatrics because she loves working with families and explaining the disease process and treatment rationale. She graduated from Baylor College of Medicine (MD, 2015) after completing her undergraduate studies at the University of Texas at Austin, and completed her pediatric residency at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. Drawing on her own experiences with traditional fee‑for‑service care, she founded Happy Trails Pediatrics to create a practice built on relational, transparent, and convenient care – the core principles of Direct Primary Care.
