Brand new DPC in Canon City. We focus on full spectrum primary care with thorough assessments with the modern tools of medicine. We use evidence based lifestyle interventions first to build a proactive preventative plan for the major chronic diseases: cardiovascular, cancer, neuro-cognitive and metabolic dysfunction. This is on top of all of the traditional primary care services for all ages and stages of life.
